Wow, there was still snow on the ground when the Varsity Boys started their tournament at Wildhorse Golf Course at Robson Ranch last Saturday, March 7, 2015.  The temperature was cold when the round started but warmed up as the day progressed.  It took our golfers a little while to shake off all the rust from the two week weather delay.  It was nice to be back out on the golf course.  Some golfers were able to break through; others are still working out the squeaks from their swings.  We all have some work to do on different parts of our game before our next tournament.  Tyler Adams and Cody Schneider shot their personal best scores for this year with scores of 85 & 86 respectively to lead the way for our Falcons.  Our team consisting of Tyler Adams, Garrison Kuehler, Jarred Roland, Cody Schneider, and Ross Shockley shot a team score of 380 which was our third best score of the year for our Varsity Boys.  

The team from Marcus High School took first place with a team score of 298.  Second place was team was from Byron Nelson with a score of 304.  The team from North Edmond Oklahoma took third place with a score of 305.  The individual tournament champion shot an impress score of 70 and was from Byron Nelson.  Second place overall went to Keller High Schools number one golfers who also shot 70 by was beaten out by a scorecard playoff.  The third place score of 71 was scored by North Edmond.
